Sushi for All

We recently joined some friends for a Memorial Day BBQ and I decided to bring some “gringo” sushi (aka. raw fish-less). I will add that I LOVE sushi (yes, LOTS of raw fish), however, we had kids, a beautiful pregnant momma and some friends that weren’t quite sure about sushi. SO… this is what came of it…
